About Julie Kavanaugh

Meet Julie

Raised in Lockport, New York, Julie Kavanaugh developed a passion for building relationships and serving others from an early age. She earned her degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications from Bowling Green State University where she served as President of the Chi Omega Sorority. After beginning her career in public relations and professional sports, Julie relocated to California and earned her California real estate license in 1999.

For more than 25 years, Julie has built a reputation for providing exceptional service, market expertise, and unwavering dedication to her clients. Her unique background in both real estate sales and residential development sets her apart, offering buyers and sellers valuable insight that extends well beyond the traditional real estate transaction.

As a partner in Kavanaugh Development Co., Inc., Julie has been involved in the development of more than 300 homes throughout Southern California and the Monterey Peninsula. This hands-on experience gives her a trained eye for construction quality, design, remodeling potential, investment opportunities, and property value allowing her to help clients recognize possibilities others often overlook.

Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering outstanding results, Julie is dedicated to making every transaction as seamless and successful as possible.
